I’ve had a number of people drop me an email and message me on Facebook and Twitter to see if everything is okay. (Apparently, I was relatively absent from the blogosphere and social media for a number of days, which led to a few people being concerned about my health, safety and well-being.) The good news is that everything is okay. I’ve just been busy with:
- Helping my siblings through a party for my mom. We had a picnic last weekend to celebrate that it has been five years since her cancer surgery and treatments and that she remains cancer free.
- Preparing for, celebrating, and commissioning two families from our church to go and help with the launch of Overflow Church in Altoona, PA.
- Wrapping up some reading for my research in advance of today’s meeting with my postgraduate supervisor.
- Cutting down and cleaning up the tree that had been rotting in front of our house. (Our kids were sad to see it go.)
